If you have an online presence, yet you don’t have a top-ten position for at least three of your main keywords (should be a lot more than that if you’re an eCommerce company with thousands of pages), then you’re losing money to your competition on a constant basis and this needs to be corrected as speedily as possible. Similarly, if you do not have active and viable social media accounts you are not tapping into the networking/marketing potential that is yours for the taking. Do not dissipate your brand power by failing to capitalise on your social media potential.
